Leaf discoloration on lower leaves black patches

I currently have 2 plants whose lower leaves are becoming pale with brown patches that have gone black , can anyone help me identify the problem if they have experienced it before as looking online there seems to be many reasons this might happen, thanks alot picture are attached

I’ve had something like that on my lower leaves but for me it was from Nutes splashing up and drying on the leaves. Like the above posts mentions tell us more
