Leafy Buds

On one of my plants I noticed that the rapid "bud" growth on it seems to be more leave and less bud. Will the bud come out later or is it going to be shitty stuff? P.S. - plant has been in budding cycle for about 3 months

3 months what do you mean weeks. they start gaining weight the last 2 weeks

Its just the growth pattern, also the leafe:bud ratio is genetic's. Is it sativa or indica leaning, most sativa's fill in slowly and look sort of leafy but with killer highs .

well it's been in budding a while, more than 3 weeks, I don't know maybe it growing really slow but all the buds are completley covered in crystals
