Usually when leaves turn up toward the light it's a good sign ("the sun worshipper position" "deploying the solar panels.")
But those lower leaves bending almost 90 degrees looks odd.
That combined with the stretchy stalk makes me think it's not getting enough light and so it's stretching toward the light for all its worth.
What is your light source?
How far away is it?

Ok ill do that, mm this small grow space i have has 3 cfl 2700k 45w each becauseci have another plant there, and above this little guy is a 15w cfl 6500k 470lm only but the light is only about 3 inches away
