Need help fast on a low budget grow. And have two seedling with two nodes biggest one leaves bending upward and not growing need help

Sounds like you need a computer fan and a couple CFL light bulbs. Maybe a decent soil and some nutrients. Shouldn't cost more than 40$

I have two small cfls in a rubber made tub no fan as of yet been using box fan on a budget but want good meds any suggestions.
Just let me grow. You need more CFLs. Probably around 6-8 32W. A little bit of red spectrum but mainly blue for veg. You'll do fine. But quickly you will want to upgrade to a big here system, for the best meds
