Newbie grow

hello! newbie in need of help here.
need to know how i go about doing an indoor type grow for a small plant
1. CFL lights?(watt amount. how many lights is necessary to grow a plant) and can i grow with normal 100w lightbulbs?
2. temperature (what i need to do about it)
basically anything to help me succeed in growing my first plant indoors
please be thorough and thanks in advanced

clf will work if you look thru some journals for the cfl grows... you see a lot of them with 6 or 8 of them. 100 watt acting like ones but are only like 25wtts.. and try to keep them bout 2-3 inches away /.

for temp 68 to 75 degress is great

for the first few weeks 18 hours light 6 hour dark

well, would just one cfl 100watt grow a plant? if not, will 2-3 work? and how many weeks should my plant be done growing? and what do i do after the first few weeks?

long time 3 months... just keep the light 2 3 inches away from the top of the plant put a little fan on it,,, i really dont now too much i just look at picture s

im fine with the long time period, the issues are with the cfl watt amount and how many are necessary for 1 plant
