No i didn't spray,the soil have slow nutrients for 3 months.
What is missing right now is the basic info. What are you growing in? Is the soil a real soil or is it peat moss? Or is it coco coir? Or is it something you bought and you don't know what the mix is made of.
As others might say, more info on what you have there is going to be needed.
Oh, if soil mix has slow release nutrients did it come that way or did you add the nutrients?

It's caramelo auto seed,week 2,it's a mix ready soil(soil, coco,quartz peat).
It's come with slow release nutrients..

By your response above, I would say maybe it's time to try full nutrient feed, full mother plant nutrients.
If it's not light burn, and it's not sprayed water over the leaves, then it must be a deficiency of nutrients.
It's not too much nutrients, because it would start from the tips of the leaves; this is more like rust spots, because it is lacking in something.
