Hey guys im having a little trouble with a couple of plants one in particular is my respect 4 gorilla its getting yellow spots that turn rusty its in a dwc setup ph is 5.8, ec is at 1.7 im using canna nutrients with ro water ive noticed it could of been cal mag but bought some of that 2 weeks ago looked like it was going away then it came back, could it be phosphurus ?

Ok so the new growth is looking alright, do i just strip the damaged leaves ?

The same thing kind of happened to me on 5/10/20, I'm in soil and using Fox Farm nutrients, its a Dutch Passions: Glueberry OG auto, she's a straight beast, its at 8wks and in FULL bloom, that afternoon I watered it, the same way I have from day one, H2O ph at 6.5 the next morning the "fan" leaves were loosing their color turning light green/yellow. After I stopped freaking out I played my whole card, "Flush", the next day the color came back somewhat I went to my Cannabis bible, "Marijuana Botany" An advanced study: The Propagation and Breeding of Distinctive Cannabis. By Robert Connell Clark. Yeah, the book is deep but its easy to digest, Chapter 2- Propagation, P.46, breaks down the MANY functions of the fan leaves and why they are so important, in my case she's close to finish so the plant is taken the nutrients/chlorophyll from the fan leaves to feed the development of the lower buds, smart plant. I see that your not in flower yet and your in DWC so you have time for recovery, flush and use what ever Canna nutrients available for recovery, go light on the nutes til you bring her back and keep it moving, Good luck.
