LED & Grow

Hi guys , my friend want to grow some seeds, and he is new so he had some question i want to ask from you guys!
First of all i want to know , what kind of LED i need for just 1 seed in one Moment , so if u say what i need for one moment, i can double them or get better LED for more seeds,

and what you guys recommend , for 20 seeds, in 20 different moment , and i dont want them for medical uses, i want it for my self and my friends for having fun, stone and you know...

You might as well go ahead and get a good one so then you won't be buying two. More expensive plus with LED its either a good light or bust pretty much from what I know. TopLED is a sponsor for 420Mag and they're pretty cheap compared to others and I've watched grow journals that prove they are good lights. But if you just want something cheaper for the moment I would just get CFL's.
