LED light to canopy distance

Can anyone please give me a successful tried and tested light to canopy distance and power setting with the sf1000 during veg??

Hi leggy, I've got a couple of sf 1000 units.
Do yours have a dimmer?
I usually start mine ,
Seedling- 30" 50%
Early veg- 30" 100% moving the light down to 24" 100%
Late veg- 18" 100% can get closer, depends on strain.
Flower- I've run them at 12" 100% but you got to keep an eye out for stress.
