Legal to Ask?

I just moved to Boston and have been trying to figure out how to restart my life. Somebody on the bus asked me about it. I must have looked as shocked as I was, because he said "Jeez, I'm just asking". That got me thinking. Can I be arrested here for that? What if I asked an undercover cop without knowing? Someone responded to my post yesterday, saying minor possession is only fine here. I was thinking that actually having, should be way worse than just asking about it.

As far as i know you cant get in "trouble" for asking its the passing of a joint or taking the weed from them is what classifies someone as a dealer and that's the illegal part of it all.

Nope.... I doubt it would be worth their time.... Check out Freedom Fest next September. Its a BLAST!!!

Naw man, Possession of up to an oz in MA is only punishable by a $100 fine. If your caught smoking outside in public in some towns its a $300 fine.

Growing weed in MA is only a misdemeanor until you hit the 50lb mark...
