Lighting setup question

hi im just wondering if one or two 40 W 120V florecent coplwhite circular tube lights would be enough for two or three plants in a 2 foot by 1 foot by 3 foot tall grow box. Also was wondering if mayb 2 .3 or 4. 20 watt 120v twistie loresent lights would work instead.

alright thx for the imput but year i can fidn some lights that will fit wat should i add for flowering

For flower HPS bulbs are the best. When using floros for veg you want to get as many watts as you possibly can.
