What size CFL bulb for seedlings?
Should lights be on 24-7?
Can I transplant seedlings and bury long stems?

40 watt daylight for veg.
I have read it’s best to go 18/6 to stimulate root growth. You can transplant as much as you want and bury long stems too

Hmm, I've always put my seedlings under full veg lighting. They pop out under full veg lighting and dont get anything more or less till flower.

They all will work and I dont notice much difference between them. maybe GLR is a little slower but not really noticeable. GLR saves a lot of hours of veg light though if that's an issue. For me I've found 24 great out of pure laziness and I dont really notice a difference that from 18/6 or 16/8

My seedlings are doing well but have gotten to be about 3 inches long.I have put a fan on them and seems to be strengthening. They will go outside when weather gets a little warmer.
