lighting?

im new to this whole thing, well not smoking haha but growing. i just want one plant for myself tho. i found a 100 watt full spectrum light and was wondering if this would work? please give me some feed back and feel free to give me anymore tips that will help me because to be honest i kno nothing lol.

Yes read that link above.

Full spectrum is not always what you are looking for. Cool/blue is good for veg and warm/orange-red is good for bloom.

What type of bulb / light is it?

hey mr. Mc buds , I have 48" t5 and T8 with the full spectrum.. 6500k and they seem to be growing my bagseed just fine. could the cool white bulb do better.. bag seed it almost 3 inches high in 7 days under 24 hr light. advice would be great. thanks

its just a light i came across in a petstore lol. it says it promotes the growth and coloration of plants.

o ya and i was thinking id use a light to start it indoors then transplant it outside
