Lighting?

hey everyone. im using 1 120 watt bulb in a 2.5x1x1 grow box and was wondering if there were any problems with my light (ex: not enough, too much heat, etc..)

Do you have a thermometer in the grow box. I have one called EcoPlus. It's a thermo and rh meter with a clock. It has a probe to read outside temp and records high and low temp/rh.
What's the temp?
Does plant looked heat stressed?

I cant stress it enough as i am sure i am speaking for everyone. if your funds allow you to buy a hps light you can buy a 150w or a 250w under 160 with shipping this will be a enormusamount of differnce. hope I helped
