What would be better in a 4x8 x 6 foot high bud room?? 3 600 watt digital or 2 1000 watt mag. I was using 2 1000 magnetic balasts with the xxxl hoods,now i made the room 4ft by 16ft long,and added 3 600 watters, would it be better to have the rooms seperate 4x8?? sorry for the crappy typing.

I'd go with the 3-600's. Plenty of light coverage and 200 watts less energy....

I will take some. I had a 4x8 room with 2 1000 watt xxxl hoods,now i made the room 4x16! I have added 3 600 watt air cooled hoods along with the 2 1000 watt lights. Just dont know if i should take the 2 1000 lights out and add 3 more 600's for a total of 6 600 watt lights?? Just confused if the 2 1000's are better than 3 600's.

The 2 1k watt lights will give you more intensity over a little bit of a smaller area. You could try alternating 600 1000 600 1000 600 with a slight overlap of the lighting for a "third light" effect.

You've currently got 118.75 watts per square foot? Nice. Are you adding supplemental CO2?

Not using CO2.Dont know if i should?? I use the dwc set up 5 gallon buckets with the air stone.Dutch master Gold series Nuits A@B with Ginormous in the bud room,Now trying bloombastic dont know yet with the results. Been growing since feb of this year. Strains are Sharksbreath,Ninja Turtle,Kalimist,Purple kush,white widow. Been avg 8 to 12 oz each plant In my 4x8 room with 2 1000's Now the room is 4x16 with the addition of the 3 600's so i will see what happens? I am a care giver also so i can have 24 plants going. I have a routine going so i try to have 2 plants coming out every 2 weeks. Like to try a diff set up,doing all these buckets can be a pain.

600's have the highest lumen per watt ratio.....
