Low stress training: would a circle twisties hurt the plant

Hi guys
Ive has an idea on low stress training, im curious if any of you guys tryed this technique to allow more light to reach the core.


Strain - 1x trainwreck 2x m-39 1x poison skunk
# of Plants - 4
Grow Type - Soil
Grow Stage - Vegetative
Bucket Size - 3 Gallon
Lights - 1 x v600 viraspectra
Nutrients - sensi grow coco
Medium - perlite+grow promix
PPM - ???
PH - im not sure
RH - 50%
Room Temperature celcius 24 to 18
Solution Temperature ????
Room Square Footage - 4' x 4'
Pests - None Known

If no stems are breaking, you're fine. If they're kinking but not breaking, you're still fine - you're just super-cropping (high stress training) instead of LST'ing. I can't see any problems doing your LST with that circle wire. I use wire twist ties, too, but I tie down individual branches using binder clips on the containers:

ok if i made sure not to kink any steams and just band it with the weight of the circle it should not induce HST right?
