Tilapia With Whole-Grain Dijon & Orange Blossom Honey Glaze

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons of Asian Magical Butter
  • 4 fresh tilapia fillets (about 2 pounds)
  • ½ cup of dry sherry (split into 1 ounce per fillet)
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice and zest of whole lime (split evenly on the fillets)
  • 1 small, sliced onion
  • 1 peeled and shaved carrot
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Glaze
  • 4 tablespoons of Asian Magical Butter
  • 4 tablespoons of Orange Blossom Honey
  • 2 tablespoons of Whole-Grain Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of black-and-white sesame seed
  • 1 teaspoon of Sriracha hot sauce
How To
  • Gently set the tilapia fillets on parchment paper (size — 12"x12").
  • Then lightly place the onions, carrots and 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each fillet.
  • Add the lime zest and lime juice on top of the tilapia fillets.
  • Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  • Carefully fold the paper closed and then bake at a 325°F for 15 minutes.
  • Gently remove the fish from the parchment paper and set it on an aluminium-foil-lined cookie sheet.
  • Then softly brush the glaze on the fish and broil on high for 3-5 minutes.
  • Let rest for 3 minutes.
  • Then it's time to plate, serve and passionately immerse yourself in this thoroughly delightful experience.
Glaze
  • Melt the butter and honey in a small saucepan, stirring occasionally, until they are completely combined.
  • Add sesame seeds, lime juice, Sriracha and Dijon Mustard.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 5 additional minutes.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and set aside until ready to use.
