- 4 fresh tilapia fillets (about 2 pounds)
- ½ cup of dry sherry (split into 1 ounce per fillet)
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice and zest of whole lime (split evenly on the fillets)
- 1 small, sliced onion
- 1 peeled and shaved carrot
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons of Asian Magical Butter
- 4 tablespoons of Orange Blossom Honey
- 2 tablespoons of Whole-Grain Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of black-and-white sesame seed
- 1 teaspoon of Sriracha hot sauce
- Gently set the tilapia fillets on parchment paper (size — 12"x12").
- Then lightly place the onions, carrots and 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each fillet.
- Add the lime zest and lime juice on top of the tilapia fillets.
- Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
- Carefully fold the paper closed and then bake at a 325°F for 15 minutes.
- Gently remove the fish from the parchment paper and set it on an aluminium-foil-lined cookie sheet.
- Then softly brush the glaze on the fish and broil on high for 3-5 minutes.
- Let rest for 3 minutes.
- Then it's time to plate, serve and passionately immerse yourself in this thoroughly delightful experience.
- Melt the butter and honey in a small saucepan, stirring occasionally, until they are completely combined.
- Add sesame seeds, lime juice, Sriracha and Dijon Mustard.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 5 additional minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Remove from heat and set aside until ready to use.
