Male Plant? Any thoughts?

Hi was wondering since this is my first time growing, and its outdoors, thought i would get some feedback as to weather or not these are male plants or not? Its just starting to turn now for the last few days as im seeing different things happening to the plant.

Yup i kinda figured that. I will be making oil out of it then since its a male. When is the best time to chop it down? Meaning to get the most potency from it? Think i can chop it down now? or should i wait a couple more weeks?
