The Webster Police Department reported that a man was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 800 block of West Nasa Parkway on Nov. 6, at 2 a.m.
Officer B.M. Muniz reported that he was dispatched to the Baystone Apartments and found a male passed out at the bottom of the staircase. When he asked the subject for identification, the suspect woke up and pulled out a bag of marijuana instead.
Muniz reported that 23-year-old Anthony David Maresch was arrested and charged with possession of 5.6 grams of marijuana.
Officer M.G. Rawls assisted in the arrest.
Maresch is a laborer from Houston.
