Marijuana Seedlings Leaves Curling Down - Pics

My seedlings are about 2 days old since they popped up and their cotyledon leaves are curling down. I have not given any water since a few days ago when I planted the seeds cause the mediums were still wet it has been rainy here so humidity levels were high and didn't want to overwater them.

Medium: Coco + Perlite (70% / 30%)

Light: 500Watt LED Panel

Light Distance: 50cm / 19 inches

Temp: 20°C / 68°F

Humidity: 65 - 70%

Nutrients: None

PH of Water: 6.0

What I have tried: I gave them a good flush with pure pH balanced water and moved the light closer to 30cm / 11 inches after a few hours still no difference what could be the problem?

You have no problem mate, its common for them to curl. Every one of my plants started out just like yours

I would back the light off a bit. It may be to close. I have 3 Skunk #1s under T-5s at 24in and they are reaching for the light. I think the LEDs may be a little too strong.
