Mars Hydro TS 3000 daisy chain and on and off switch

I have a ts3000 what I dont have is the user manual. I took off the Meanwell Drivers and switch and mounted them outside my tent with hope of lower the temp 3-5 degrees *F on the front of the control box I have a dimmer knob the daisy chain outlets and a on and off switch I noticed directly behind the on/off switch is another on/off switch does anyone know what the second switch is for and what position it should be in for running just the single light?

I think the second switch controls which light is the leader and which follows.
When you flip it, the dimmer quits working and I believe you're setting it to the position that follows the leader.
I could be wrong though. I should probably test their daisy chain feature sometime.

It just bypasses the dimmer function

I'm not sure if the first dimmer controls all the lamps in a daisy chain, but that's the only reason I can think of as to why you might want to turn it off altogether
