Lol, seeing as how anyone with an illegal grow op big enough to attract the attention of the Federales is probably smarter than to post abour it on public internet forums, I highly doubt that. The DEA has much bigger fish to fry than any member of this forum. Besides, you can't be convicted for anything you write on here. I doubt a cop could even get permission and funding for surveillance based on the things posted on internet forums. Maybe you're a cop...
