It's used in organic growing to feed microbes I know. Some folks use it in flower for its k value. Be careful not to use too much, I clogged my soil once using it. Had to poke holes in it to water late in flower.

Be ready to be shaking your nutes mix for sometime.Thick stuff Molasses i also used way to much and got
into trouble once.
