Mother Leafs drying out

Mother Leafs drying out. not hanging down.turning olive green, and getting crispy dead.
under 8 4ft T5s 5gal pots. plants 3 ft tall.

it could be many things,too much fan,not enough air flow,heat,nute burn
pics are best if possible but at the very least are you in soil,do you know your ph
how often do you water,what nutrients if any are you using,how far away do you keep the lights
anyway until someone more experienced can see them its gonna be a tough call
