it's harvest time and also time to movement 2nd crop to flowering.

1st crop grew on main floor in guest bedroom using a grow tent.....heat is a litte prob now so thinking of moving operations to large dark and dry basement.....however basement is a little musty and I am concerned on its affects on taste of buds

can use or not use tent

walls are 100yrs+ and made from stones
floors are cement
Windows already blacked out

would like to flower outside tent so trying to figure out what best way to prep room for optimum results.... any suggestions?

good venting, and checking all nooks and crannies for mold. painting everything flat white with a mold/mildew resistant paint. and i would say you are good to go.

if you dont want to paint.. covering the walls/roof etc with panda film, or "black and white" poly is your next best option. it works great, and is really cheap. a $50 roll would probably cover an average basement twice..

i bought a $25 roll, and ended up not even making a dent in it really.. (just for my cabinet.. but, seriously.. there is a lot on that roll..:p )
