Cloning is key to a perpetual harvest. So try to learn the best way. I use a ez cloner i built and dome the clones for 3 to 5 days depending on temps. Only need a cfl for them dont want to over light and kill them. Sometimes i spray with water if needed
You need to get a heat mat clone dome and rockwool or rapid rooters and make them reach for the water. Spray the leaves every other day or so and open vents on day 4 just a lil bit and every day after a lil more til they are open all the way and then day 7 take the dome off and try to keep it off I recommend CFL or florencent bulbs t5
Or if you are really having a hard time getting roots, I know your in D.C you said so I am sure it's COLD there. You can always buy a EZ-cloner off eBay for like 50 bucks. I personally built one for myself it was very easy. I just took a multiple site dwc Tupperware style so it 24" by 12" and holds 4 gallons of water. Added a airstone, with good O2 hitting the water and making bubbles that will make the clones very happy. In my solution it's very weak nutes. I personally use clonex, Olivia clone GEL are my two favorite cloning nute. But the water I put a lil mammoth p, and a lil cal-mag. And I'll get roots very fast then. But I still have my heat mat,clone tray and dome just in case I can't use the EZ-cloner. Or I'll do both at the same time. But if you can get roots you'll get this growth in under a month and your stalk will be nice and firm already so with a good foundation comes a good top. Tonight is picture night, I have honestly been out of town for 4 days so I am excited to see if they changed at all. But this clone just got flipped and it's only been growing since 3.5 weeks. And I trained and topped all my clones at least once.

Tonight's pictures and feed. I used GH products so they are in soil so my recipe is a lil different. I used 1ml/gallon Gro/ 2ml of micro/ 2ml of bloom, 5ml earth juice hi-brix, 1.5 ml mammoth p, 2 ml of diamond nectar 1 ml floralious plus. And also using a 3 part bud booster so today was the start of beastie bloomz.. that was 2 1/4 tsp that will stay my recipe for the next 6 weeks or so. The FFOF OCEAN FOREST is over 3 months old and the plants are a good 3.5 to 4 ft tall and 2.5 ft across. Cotton candy and incredible bulk. My clones got thrown into flower.
