my plants wont show sex

Yeah I've done that with stubborn plants. Usually gives it a jump start and shouldn't hurt it.

What strain is it, if its a thin leaved sativa it is common that they wont show sex for a while... Only time will tell, a prolonged period of darkness will just stress the plant.. may increase risk of hermi's... as the idea behind the prolonged darkness is to stress the plant to induce its survival skills of spewing its genetalia.
