You need both embed and object (hence the height and width twice) so it works in both mozilla/ie.

Edit: arg it won't let me insert code in a post without parsing it. Just edit my post and copy the code. Be sure to fill out the width and height.

it plays, but the audio is doubled and delayed...

It was because both you and I had it embedded in the same page, so it was playing twice. It's cool now I think, right?
