New Cloner

G'day all
Misses bought me a new Cloner for who know why
At what stage should I add some Rhizotonic to the water, everything I've read are all telling me different stages.
Has anyone done it first hand?
Would love the help

I usually clone in soil, but I have a friend of mine that uses this method and he has been 100% successful. My friend isn't the creator of this video BTW. I hope this information helps. Cheers!-G.I.JOSE

@Gljose thanks that was perfect and confirmed everything for me
I took the cutting 6 days ago and out of the 24 I took 17 are showing roots
I have always cloned in peat blocks and grown in soil,
And now it's hard to find the time everyday to water and so I'm trying out a hydroponic kit so hence the cloner
