First time planting Acapulco Gold and they didnt make the tight compact buds like last years Bubba Kush and other 2 others from unknown saved seeds. colas appear lose but trichomes and pistils all say its time.

You should consider making cobs with the buds. I’m going to try making some with my Golden Tiger I just harvested. Great job btw. How early did you start to get it to finish so early? Wait to cut! Please! Lets talk about outdoor trichs first?I'm going with Panama Red next year, I'm an old school Sativa girl, in the process of harvesting now.
I don't know your growing experience @lazee . I wanted to mention that outdoor plants don't go by the same rules that indoor plants do as far as trichome color goes. Amber trichs aren't necessarily the cue to chop. It seems early to me to do that today since thc develops in the last couple of weeks in a big way. 10 to 12 weeks flowering indoors doesn't add up to this time of year I don't think? Is it an auto or super auto?
