New grower

Hi, new grower here out in BC Canada, I'm currently growing outside, but we had a slow start to the summer sun wise.

Used pro mix as my soil and were planted may 21st.

Any suggestions as they're not as big as I had hoped and worry that summe will end before I could make use of them.
