New grower need some help

i got 5 plants growing there still on a 24/7 light cycle i was growing outside but they started turning yellow and someone told me there not getting enough light so i bring them in side and have it on a 24/7 light system but im using 60 watt light bulbs i got 2 lights about 6/7 inches away from plant and the two main leaves on my good plant witch is about 3-4weeks old. Anyways the two main leaves are turning yellow it has its 2 weed leaves witch are about half an inch wide and inch and half long? not sure but anyways there turning yellow as well i see two more weed leaves poping out Please help me

so more lights? im going to try and get hotter lights ive felt the differnce but if not ill get more 60 watt light bulbs would they still grow in 60 watts?

if you are using regular light bulbs, then thats what it is. i would put them back outside.

if its lack of nitrogen then go down to a nuresary and get only nitrogen plant food not the stuff with every thing in it
