New Mexico to License Medical Marijuana Production

Last month the New Mexico Department of Health's Medical Cannabis Program published final rules in the New Mexico Register for licensing producers of medical marijuana, and they will become law this month. Great read. I notice though that New Mexico plan does not include " Chronic Pain" under who is elegible.

the applicant’s skill and knowledge of organic growing methods to ensure a safe product;

I do like that they want Organics for the "way to grow" shall one be a producer for up to 95 plants.
I hope Bill Richardson will help the new Administration see the turning point that we all can use with Cannabis.
