Well Minnestoa is trying to become the 14th state to allow medical marijuana. A Bill was introduced on Jan 1st 2007 and has since then passed in the Senate but is still SLOWLY moving through the House.
Does anyone know how long this game could go on for? Yes I know its the government so it could take a lifetime.
If this was like a normal bill could it be passed by fall of 08 possibly?
