Sodium Bicarbonate (NaHCO3), also called baking soda, is a crystalline salt, found in a natural mineral form in nahcolite deposits. Now-a-days a process is used to extract and make enough to supply what society needs.

There might be some Baking Soda (not Baking Powder) in the fridge or on a shelf in the kitchen. You could consider using that until you find something in grow and gardening shops.

General Hydroponics has pH Up in both a liquid and powder, Advanced Nutrients is a liquid and so is the pH Up from Dyna-Gro. Check them out to see if they contain a natural mineral or compound. Should help get by until something else is found.
