Outdoor growing guide

Can neone refer me to an outdoor growing guide plz? I just recently realized the benefits of growing, and hey, wut else r u gonna do with all the seeds left in the bud. Im planning on growing outdoors near a stream. I live in philly if you know the climate/terrain, and any tips for that area. Thnx a lot
