Outdoor Growing

Hi, I live in West PA and was curious if I started a few plants at the beginning of july, If that would give them enough time to grow fully? If so can anyone link me to an outdoor grow guide for someone who has never grown before.

you can put them out anytime it will effect height and yield only not the quality, just be a shorter smaller plant.

I got a few questions on outdoor growing and didnt want to start a new thread so here goes:
1. Is there a certain time thats best to grow outside?

2. Do you need a male to fertalize a female?

not really about growing but
3. If a plant dies and it has no buds just leaves can you smoke it, is there any thc whatsoever in the leaves, roots, or stems?

1- yeah during spring, summer, and harvest in fall.

2- a male will pollinate a female and make seeds. if you dont want seeded weed then kill the males

3- there will be very very very little in the leaves not enough to get high. dont smoke it.
