Overwatered? Autoflower

Hi guys, this is my first thread so go easy on me lol. I just started growing for the 1st time in a 3x3 tent with two 450 watt viparspectras. They seem to be growing great but these 2 seem to be droopy and am hoping somebody can confirm my suspicion on over watered. They are 11 days old on a 19/5 lite schedule, 3 gal smart pots and watered every couple days with only pH water(6.5). 78-80 deg temp in tent with 42-46% RH.They are in happy frog soil. The soil appears to be fairly dry on the top 1-2 inches each time I water. Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

On my first grow.The outer sides of the cloth pots dry out much faster then the inside.Sticking the finger in the outside half will not give you a good read.When they get bigger better to use lift method .Looks like your clearly over watering.

Thank you for the reply, I'll cut back a bit on the water. Also on one of my White widow autos its always been a lighter green/yellow in the center. The other one isn't like that. It's also 11 days old but does this look like anything to be concerned with?
