im new to all this i have seen all types of grows and just getting started on my first one, my grow room is about 4 1/2'x4 1/2x 7' im just wondering what would be better to use either mylar or panda film??

I like mylar off a roll (uncreased)... Almost as much as I like super-bright flat white paint on a properly prepped surface.

When lining the walls to maximize reflection of light, then I use mylar.
I use panda film as psudo walls to partition my grow room to have a Grow chamber & a Bloom chamber. This allows the Grow to have lights on 18/6 and the Bloom to be on 12/12 without much worry of light leaks getting into the bloom chamber; as long as it was sealed properly in the first place. I also used panda to seal the windows so no light leaks outside.
