Paper bag cure/dry after hanging 7 days

weather was good for the hang, 32 lbs wet hung for a week with almost steady 60% RH that crept up to 70 yesterday when i bucked them. Clipped fan leaves and any dead or crappy looking ones. If it didnt have trichs, it came off.
Checked for and removed bud rot during that time, removed about 2 gallons by volume of it.
Bucked them yeaterday and today and discovered a few more areas of rot. Found some white spheres...

3 paper bags 3/4 full.

Stats look good, how often should i check these assuming environmental readings stay about the same(i expect it too)?

Must be nice to live where it's legal to grow cannabis. A lot of members don't, and would be afraid to post pictures that included both cannabis and their fingerprints on a forum where they discuss growing.

Anyway... What does "bucked" mean? Is it some kind of mold removal thing?
