How do i figure out the size of my intake holes if I make it passive the box is 2'x2'x4' and two fans that are 3.25"x3.25"? Thanks

What is the CFM of the fans? Cubic Feet per Minute or CFH cubic feet per Hour

The fans are rated at 31CFM

its not to importent how big they are, they dont have to be big. In fact if your doing a closet setup or something like it, there will probaly be enough cracks around, in other words, if the room isnt air tight fresh air will be drawn in automaticly when the fans sucks out air, it would be best to place intake low, and exaust high as the warm air moves upward.
imroprtant is how loud it is, especially if you dont want anyone to know what you are doing

The fans are rated at 28db so pretty quiet

I would make the intake around 4 inches. Maybe start out with two 2 inch holes.
You have 16 cf of space, pulling 31 cf out. If you need more air flow (to keep temps down), add another 2 inch hole.
