pH problems and plant problems

This thing won't die......She popped out of the soil on 4-25-13, that's 5 months!!!
She's still growing and the trichs are clear. I really don't mind bigger buds but I have three others to flower and need the room
What am I doing wrong? Is it the CFLs?
Haven't been feeding her any nutes, just water.
Turned the lights off for about 35 hrs 4 days ago.

Any help?

do nothing else except a 13 off 11 on cycle and only water it when necessary. Cut out everything except water, add nothing and let her progress.
in 3 weeks you should be ready to cut it.

The day before you cut her go 24 hrs off.

Could be heat at the top causing some dropping. I saw some tin foil in the earlier pics. Tin Foil isn't recommended because it causes hot spots. Flat White paint, mylar sheets are cheap, or panda board. My coice would be flat white paint or mylar sheets.

How long has it been in 12/12? Some sativa dominant strains can go 12 weeks in 12/12. I have heard some go 14 weeks? and some landrace strains go like 20 weeks?
