Planning my grow room for a future as a sealed room

To begin my room is 8x8x8, built in the corner of a 11x 12 room.

there is a door to close off the room from the space and to close the space off from the rest of the house.
At the moment air scrubber exits the room into the space.

My air system at the moment is a dehumidifier , a 6 " table fan diy intake , a 20" oscillating stand fan and a 8" inline and carbon filter for exhaust.
My thought is that by cooling the immediate area around the room will act as an insulator and help distribute the "created" heat (lights dehu,and ac) through a circulating high flow setup.
At the moment the $500 price tag for a portable 1400btu ac is the first hurdle to climb,
C02 is the second hurdle ,burner is out due to startup cost, tanks are out as the nearest place is more than an hour away
But I do have a few c02 alternatives that while still being pricy are cheaper than the "normal" routes.
Please point out the flaws in my thinking as I know there are things I have over looked.
LED will be added later either as part of a hybrid light setup or as the only light .
If this can not be achieved about mid june It should be around october.

Then you're looking good. Just make lighting ventilation separate from the room, and use the A/C for the room. Like you're already planning
