hi. i have planted my seeds directly in the soil in my indoor room and been under lights 24h for 3 days. should i turn the lights out? what is the perfect heat degree in my case. or should i keep the lights on?

We've relocated your thread to the FAQ Forum in the Grow Room.

You'll get much better responses in there. I'll also see if we can get a grow support guru to stop by.

If you have any pics, and describe your situation a little more (i.e. what kind of lights, how far from the plants, type of soil, pot size, watering schedule, etc. )

Have patience. Don't water the seeds just mist them. They'll rot if you get them too wet. Keep the lights on and make sure not to bury them very deep. Just a couple flakes of soil over the top of them is all you need.

When I grow in soil from seed I cover the top of the pot with clear plastic wrap until they sprout. It keeps the top of the soil moist. I normally germinate in paper towels so it doesn't take but a few days from the time I plant to when they sprout.
