hey guys, i think i really fucked up, i was transplanting the biggest of my babies from a solo cup, and i ripped some roots out!! what can i so to salvage it? if i even can, i planted it and threw it back under the light, PLEASE HELP thanks you guys

If you didn't rip out a ton of them it should be fine. It might take a little time to recover and resume growth but it shouldn't be too big a deal if it wasn't the majority of the roots. If your plant is old enough you could try adding a little root stimulant type nutrient.

I had it in some Black Gold natural organic and transplanted it to FFOF so i think that the nutes in the FFOF should suffice until she heals. I was told to not have it directly under the light and sorta shaded. Is that what you would recommend?

just to let yall know my baby seems like its doing ok, i gave it a little vitamin B1, and she seems to be hangin in there, ill post some pics tonight

Nice man, I was going to recommend superthrive which I think is essentially vitamin B1, glad it straightened out for you.
