Please help - is this wrong?

Howdy

I am growing outdoors - southern hemisphere.

My questions is about the purple widow planted end of May 2015 - are they flowering already? Are these buds? I've never grown before. So I wont know?

Then - I've planted 2 bluedream seeds, and the one looks normal but the other one has bended leaves and please look at the leaf structure. Something doesnt seem right. Advice?

The first three pictures kind of look like males, I'm assuming the purple is genetic. The second two look like maybe a pH issue or nute burn.
