ok...im new at makeing "special" brownies...so i go and get a box of brownie mix and this is wher i get stuck...how much bud do i put in 1/4cup of melted butter or oil and how long do i cook it for....

you dont put any bud in, first you make cannabutter and then use that instead of butter. There is a recipe for it on this site.

Well, you could just put the bud in the butter and cook normally, but the cannabutter method is better... (I would guess...)
