Pretty Sure This Is Spider Mites?

These spots are only on 2 sets of leaves on a single plant (I have 7 plants total all in the same area), but could this be spider mites? Even if it's not, I went ahead and ordered a 16oz. bottle of Monterey LG6150 Garden Insect Spray with Spinosad Concentrate just in case I need it later. Better to have it on hand.

No I don’t think it’s mites- their damage looks different.
Try googling thrip damage- could be that.

The thing is, I see absolutely zero evidence of actual live creatures - even under magnification. No brown, yellow, tan, etc. spots on top of or under the leaves or anywhere on the stalks. Only the ones shown.
