Probably a dumb question but I have to ask

Hello all, I have what might be a dumb question, but I have to ask anyway, We are having major rain which is leading to a lot of bud rot and it's very time consuming getting my crop in out of the weather by the time I check every inch of the plant for bud rot and then bringing it in I am out of time for the day. My question is can I bring it in and hang it and then remove any bud rot? When the plant starts to dry will the bud rot not spread? Any advice on this would help. The longer it takes to get my crop in the more bud rot I am having to deal with. Thanks all.

Unfortunately the Bud rot will continue as long as there is moisture. I think it would be ok If you were to set up some space heaters to get the majority of the moisture gone. then remove the rot. Only thing with doing that is drying is definately a part of the curing process, so a quick drying could have affect on your final product.
